There is scope for “Junior Research Felloship” under UGC unassigned grant. Moreover, teachers are engaged in their personal research works (See Annual Report, Self Appraisal Reports available in Registrar’s department). Importance has been given to emerging areas of Library and Information Science and services, e.g. Computer Application, Networking, Retro-conversion, Web services, Vocabulary control etc. for choosing research areas.
